Yes. Most courses on ClearLevel include one or more free demo lectures that you can watch without logging in. Look for the "Watch Free Demo" button on any course page.
ClearLevel works on any modern device — smartphones (Android & iOS), tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You need a stable internet connection to stream lectures. Offline download is available for selected courses on the mobile app.
Yes. The ClearLevel app is available on Android (Google Play Store). An iOS version is in active development. You can also access the full platform through your mobile browser at clearlevel.in.
No — you can browse all courses, faculty pages, and free demo lectures without an account. You only need to sign up when you want to purchase a course or save items to your wishlist.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered mobile number or email, and we'll send you a reset link / OTP. If you signed up with just your phone number and don't have a password set, use OTP login instead.
Log in and go to Dashboard → My Profile. You can update your email address there. To change your registered phone number (which is your login ID), please contact our support team with a valid ID proof as verification.
Yes, you can access your account from multiple devices. However, for video security, simultaneous streaming on more than one device at a time is restricted on most courses.
Log in and go to Dashboard → My Orders. Every completed purchase shows a downloadable invoice (PDF). If you need a GST invoice, make sure your GSTIN is added under My Profile before placing the order.
We're sorry to see you go. To request account deletion, email us at support@clearlevel.in from your registered email with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Note that deleting your account will remove access to all purchased courses — this action cannot be undone.
Access duration depends on the specific course — it is clearly listed on each course page before purchase (e.g., "Valid for 2 years" or "Lifetime access"). The validity starts from the date of purchase, not the date you first watch a lecture.
Most courses allow unlimited views within the validity period. A small number of premium courses have a view-count limit, which is stated clearly on the course page. Check the course details before purchasing.
Offline download is available for selected courses through the ClearLevel Android app. Look for the download icon next to individual lectures. Downloads are DRM-protected and can only be played within the app for 48–72 hours per download session.
First, ensure you are logged into the same account you used to purchase. If the problem persists, force-refresh the page (Ctrl + Shift + R) or clear your browser cache. If it still doesn't appear within 30 minutes of payment, contact support with your order ID.
A Class is a single course for one subject (e.g., SFM for CA Final). A Combo is a bundled package that includes multiple classes and/or books at a discounted price — ideal if you're preparing for a full group of subjects.
This depends on the course structure. Some courses are available in multiple batches by different faculties at different price points. You would need to purchase the new course separately. Contact our support team if you need guidance on the best batch for your needs.
Most books on ClearLevel are physical printed copies that are shipped to your delivery address. A small selection of study materials (e.g., handwritten notes, revision charts) is available as PDF downloads — these are clearly marked on the product page.
Books are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location: 3–5 business days for major cities, 5–8 business days for Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once dispatched.
Yes. Many faculty-specific combo packs include both video classes and the corresponding printed books at a bundled price. Browse Combos in the navigation or search for your exam level to see available combo offers.
If your book arrives damaged, with missing pages, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clearlevel.in with your order ID and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
Yes. Our faculty regularly update their books for every new exam cycle. The edition and last-updated date are shown on each book's product page. If you're unsure whether a book covers the current syllabus, contact our support team.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Yes. EMI options (3, 6, 9, and 12 months, 0% interest) are available on select courses when paying via certain credit cards. The EMI option will appear at checkout if your card is eligible. Bank charges, if any, are displayed transparently before you confirm.
Yes. ClearLevel uses industry-standard SSL encryption and a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are secured end-to-end.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the payment page, you will see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your code and click Apply — the discount will reflect immediately before you complete payment.
Don't worry — this happens occasionally due to bank processing delays. Wait 15–30 minutes and check your dashboard again. If access isn't granted within 2 hours of payment, email us at support@clearlevel.in with your registered mobile number and bank transaction reference. We resolve these within 4 business hours.
Add your GSTIN in My Profile before placing your order. Once added, all future invoices will include your GST details. For past orders, contact support with your order ID and GSTIN — we'll issue a revised invoice within 24 hours.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can also log in to Dashboard → My Orders and click "Track Order" next to any shipped physical order.
Contact us immediately at support@clearlevel.in or call us. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, address changes are unfortunately not possible — you would need to coordinate with the courier directly.
Currently ClearLevel ships physical books only within India. International students can access all video courses and digital study materials through the platform without any restrictions.
First, use your tracking link to check the courier's status. If there's been no movement for more than 3 business days or the expected delivery date has passed, contact us at support@clearlevel.in with your order ID — we'll escalate with the courier on your behalf.
Video courses can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the course content. Once the 7-day window has passed or you have watched more than 20%, we are unable to offer a refund on courses.
Books can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Email support@clearlevel.in with subject "Refund Request" and include: your registered mobile number, order ID, and reason for refund. Our team will review and respond within 24 business hours.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and bank transfers are typically faster (2–3 days). Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
For physical book orders that haven't been dispatched, you can cancel by contacting us immediately. For digital course orders, cancellation is treated as a refund request — the standard refund policy applies.
First, check your internet connection speed (we recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD playback). Try: (1) refresh the page, (2) clear your browser cache, (3) try a different browser (Chrome is recommended), (4) lower the video quality in the player settings. If the issue continues, contact support with the course name and browser/device details.
Try resetting your password via "Forgot Password" on the login page. If you signed up with OTP only (no password), use "Login with OTP" instead. If your account appears locked, contact support — it may have been temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts.
This is usually a browser or DRM compatibility issue. Try: (1) use Google Chrome (latest version), (2) disable browser extensions (especially ad-blockers), (3) ensure hardware acceleration is enabled in Chrome settings. If using the mobile app, force-close and reopen it.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If it continues to crash, clear the app's cache (Settings → Apps → ClearLevel → Clear Cache) and restart your phone. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Contact support if none of these resolve the issue.
Email support@clearlevel.in with the subject "Technical Issue" and include: your device type and OS version, browser name and version (if applicable), a description of the problem, and a screenshot if possible. Our tech team typically responds within 24 hours.
Yes. A digital completion certificate is issued for courses where you complete 100% of the content within the validity period. Certificates are available to download from Dashboard → My Certificates.
ClearLevel is an independent learning platform and does not have access to ICAI, ICSI, or ICMAI exam result systems. For official results, visit the respective institute's official website (icai.org, icsi.edu, icmai.in).
