Delete your ClearLevel account
Use this page to ask ClearLevel to delete your ClearLevel account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your name, email, phone and profile details
- Saved preferences, cart and wishlist
- Mock-test attempts, scores and analysis
- Community posts, comments and votes
- Your login and password
- Push-notification tokens for the app
Retained, and why
- Invoices and tax records for 8 years, because Indian tax and company law requires it. These are never used to contact you.
- Records of a dispute or fraud investigation, until it is resolved.
- Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you.
Timeline. We verify the request comes from the account owner, then complete it within 30 days. We may email you once to confirm. You can cancel by replying to that email before it is processed.
Deleting from inside the app
You can also start this from your account rather than here. Open the ClearLevel app or website, go to Dashboard → Profile, and choose Delete account. It opens this same form with your details already filled in.
